Read the Thrivid terms of service covering account usage, subscriptions, data rights, and community guidelines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thrivid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Thrivid is a habit-building platform that provides Ori-guided coaching, progress tracking, financial insights, and community features to help users build positive habits and achieve their goals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Thrivid. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should use Thrivid only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication providers such as Google. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account, including actions taken by anyone you have allowed to use your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Thrivid for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform, use automated means to scrape or extract data, or interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Thrivid uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching insights, suggestions, and content. AI-generated output is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, therapeutic, psychological, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to your health, mental health, or well-being.

7. Financial Advice Disclaimer

Thrivid provides manual financial tracking, budgeting tools, and spending insights based on data you enter or import yourself. This information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a financial advisor. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.

8. Community Guidelines

Squads and social features are governed by community guidelines. Be respectful, do not harass others, and do not share illegal or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban users who violate these guidelines. Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through the in-app reporting feature.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Web subscriptions are managed through Paddle. Mobile subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through the provider that manages your subscription. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.

10. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by the payment provider that processed the purchase: Paddle for web purchases, Apple for App Store purchases, and Google for Google Play purchases. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed under the applicable provider policies and our Refund Policy, except where required by law. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the billing period has started, including for unused time, lack of use, or failure to cancel before renewal.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the service, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except in cases involving security or legal obligations.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Thrivid are owned by Thrivid and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app. By creating content in Thrivid, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

Thrivid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrivid from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Thrivid after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
